FRIED TOAST Ingredients
120 ml of milk
1 eggs
12g of shredded bread
Slices of Bread Sandwich
2 Slabs of Ham
120g of cheese
Tomato sauce

- Remove the crusts from the slices of bread from the sandwich.
- Cover 6 slices of bread with tomato sauce, cover with ham and cheese, cover with a second slice of bread.
- Beat eggs with milk and cover each sandwich with an egg mixture.
- Cover each sandwich with shredded bread on all sides, then transfer to a skillet on medium heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
