Ingredients
300 grams of flour
250 g natural yoghurt (0.1%)
2 egg(s)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sweetener
20ml oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons flavoring (lemon peel)
1 pack of baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
20 ml syrup, (vanilla syrup)
7 apples
preparation
1. First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Then make a dough from the ingredients flour to vanilla syrup and the egg yolks. Now fold in the egg white.
3. Next, mix the peeled and diced apples into the batter. Spread the entire mass on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour. bake in the oven.
It is best to do a chopstick test.
