Ingredients
For the dough:
150 grams of sugar
8 egg yolks
220 g nuts, ground
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
some bitter almond flavor
8 egg whites
120 grams of sugar
For the filling:
450 ml cream
sugar at will

That is how it goes:
First grease the bottom of a springform pan and preheat the oven to 185°C.
1. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks until fluffy, add the nuts, breadcrumbs and bitter almond oil. Then beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, fold into the egg yolk mixture and fill into the mold. (note: the dough is very economical, do not fill the mold too much as there is a risk of overflowing)
2. Now bake in the oven for about 40 minutes (possibly a little longer, just do a skewer test)
