Blitz biscuit, easy & always a success
Ingredients
150 grams of flour
120 g cornstarch
6 eggs
120 grams of sugar
preparation
1. First, beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and beat until the sugar has dissolved.
Then fold in the egg yolks, sift over the flour mixed with starch and fold in with the whisk.
2. Then spread everything into a smaller baking pan and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
This recipe is enough for a cake or, baked on the tray, for a sponge cake. It’s super quick and easy!
Tip
Instead of the cornstarch you can also use a packet of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate), but then with 140 g flour instead of 12 g. Part of the flour can also be replaced with 70 g of ground almonds or hazelnuts.
