Ingredients
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3 apples
120 grams of butter
120 grams of sugar
3 small eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar, for sprinkling
200 grams of flour
4 tablespoons yogurt
lemon juice
preparation
That is how it goes:
1. First peel the apples and cut them into slices or small cubes. If necessary, mix with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
2. Then melt the butter and stir in the 120 g sugar until fluffy. Now add the vanilla sugar and gradually stir in the eggs.
3. Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the yoghurt. Mix some sugar with the cinnamon and mix into the apple slices. Then fold the apples into the batter.
4. Line or grease a baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden. Fast and tasty!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
