  1. Magic Ring:
    • Create a magic ring (or alternatively, you can chain 4 and join with a slip stitch to form a ring).
  2. Round 1:

  3. Round 2:
    • Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in the same st, 2 dc in each st around.
    • Join with a sl st to the top of the ch-3. (24 dc)
  4. Round 3:
    • Ch 4 (counts as 1 dc and ch-1), dc in next st, ch 1 repeat from * to * around.

  5. Round 4:
    • Sl st into the first ch-1 sp, ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), 2 dc in the same sp, 3 dc in next ch-1 sp repeat from * to * around.
    • Join with a sl st to the top of the ch-3. (72 dc, or 24 sets of 3 dc)
  6. Round 5:
    • Sl st into the next dc, ch 1, sc in the same st, ch 3, skip 2 dc, sc in the next dc repeat from * to * around.
    • Join with a sl st to the first sc. (24 ch-3 sps)

  • Round 6:
    • Sl st into the first ch-3 sp, ch 1, (sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc) in the same ch-3 sp, (sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc) in the next ch-3 sp repeat from * to * around.

  • Finishing:
    • Fasten off and weave in ends with a yarn needle.
